Answer: Yes. Your client data is owned by you. Once you request all your data to be given to you, we send it to you. If you request all data be purged off of our servers we do that as well.

Answer: No. eGuardianship is accessed online. To access your client data you sign into the site with your secure username and password. You can access your system from anywhere with an internet connection as long as you have a username and password.

Question: How do I learn to use your management system software?
Answer: We offer onsite training by one of our trained software specialists and provide you with a tutorial training manual. In addition, our trained specialists are available by telephone, as well as online. The tutorial training manual is also available online and live secure chat support while you are logged into eGuardianship.com.

Question: How many clients do I need to use your system?
Answer: You can have one client or several hundred cases! There is no minimum or maximum amount of clients needed to use our software.

Question: Will I be able to prepare reports?
Answer: Yes. eGuardianship comes with a vast amount of reports already built into your system. Reports are customizable to fit your needs. We understand that everyone has different reporting needs. If there is a report that needs customized or a report that you need created, we will create the report for you at no additional cost.
